Two additional bedrooms grace the front of this level, one offering a king-size double sleigh bed and the other adorned with two single beds and uninterrupted views.

A traditional-style general bathroom awaits, featuring a roll-top bath, double shower area, marble washstand with basin, and toilet. A second flight of stairs beckons to the eaves of the house, where similar bedroom provisions await, including one double and one twin room. A further general bathroom offers a double-sized shower cubicle, toilet, and hand basin.
