The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is situated on the first floor. Step into the cottage to find yourselves in a light-filled lounge, with a vaulted ceiling. Here there is comfortable seating where you can relax and watch the TV or a DVD.

There is a table where you can sit down to evening meals. The fitted kitchen features everything you are likely to need during your stay.

The outside area provides a private courtyard area with patio and furniture and on street parking is available.

Lace up your walking boots and head 0.5 miles to Rowtor Rocks, for example, to see an interesting rocky outcrop with several caves or make your way 1.5 miles to Nine Ladies Stone Circle. This bronze age stone circle is said to depict women who were turned to stone as a penalty for dancing on Sunday. Visit Chatsworth House, 7 miles away, with its magnificent stately home and impressive parkland grounds.
