This centrally heated cottage is arranged over 3 floors (with steps leading to the entrance).

On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen /diner with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Access to a pretty private patio- with separate laundry and secure bike storage -is from the kitchen.

The living room has a wood burner – ideal for those cosy winter nights (starter pack of logs supplied from Oct) There’s also smart Tv (with freeview)

The main bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed (can be made as a twin on request) This room can accommodate a travel cot with ease (not supplied). On the floor is a luxury family bathroom with a free-standing roll top bath and a luxury walk-in shower. Heated towel rail.

The second floor has two bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and a further single, enjoying far- reaching views of Matlock, Matlock Bath and Riber Castle from the velux windows.
Matlock town is a short (downhill) walk.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included (from Oct). Garden with garden furniture. Bike store. On road parking.
