The house is equipped with full central heating and a gas fire in the spacious living/dining room, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine, with Wi-Fi details easily found on the wall above the microwave.
Outside, you’ll find off-road parking for two cars, a front garden, and a large enclosed back garden with a patio and seating area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
